Mia Lorén
Hi, I’m happy to see you here!
I’m Mia Lorén, a UX designer who loves people.
Im experienced in UX research, service design, and innovation processes. This together with creating awesome teamwork, hey that’s me!
I’m a consultant at Qestit and is currently based at Volvo Cars Team Team CoDev fleet Management. My team manages a test fleet consisting of 3000 employees globally. Utilizing this fleet, we provide data and insights to the entire organization. My role primarily involves fostering engagement among our drivers. Besides working on the fleets long-time strategy my days are filled with creating communication, UX research such as designing and analyzing surveys, evaluating software tests, and conducting larger studies where we gather qualitative data.
Before starting my education to become a UX designer I worked at SOS Alarm as a team leader and spokesperson for media inquiries. A challenging role in many ways. I have a lot of experience leading complex groups, cooperating with all kinds of people, making critical decisions, and finding solutions in my daily work.
I’m a Sommelier since 2019. I run a small business that imports wines, mainly from northern Italy which I sell through Systembolaget. This is a real passion of mine and a great contrast to UX design
When I’m not working, I enjoy being active. Running in the forests and swimming in lakes around Gothenburg are passions of mine. I’m also a competitive person who loves to be on the tennis court.
I appreciate spending time outdoors and working in my garden; gardening makes me feel rich. I have a keen interest in design, especially furniture and ceramics. I’ve taken several courses in furniture making and other crafts and always have major projects ongoing at home.
